A reader asks: Predictions for the next four years; the U.S. under the Harris regime

I received an email from a reader asking me to offer up some of my predictions for the next four years and what the country will look like under the upcoming Harris regime.

The following is a summary. Though the list is comprehensive, it is not anything exhaustive. Given what this blog has been writing and warning about for the past few years, little of this should come as any shock to my readers, except for my prediction on mortgage rates.

The upcoming massive waves of fiscal deficit spending under the Harris regime will come at a steep cost. Despite the MSMs claims that deficit spending would be higher under a Trump regime, the deficits that will accrue under Harris will dwarf anything under a potential Trump presidency.

A predatory socialist economy (the antithesis under the Soviet dialectic) like the one we will observe under a Harris regime comes at a price. I predict the following:

•A Soylent Green scenario will continue to unfold as the growing cost-of-living crisis affects more and more households. Homeless levels will continue to accelerate, despite the Harris regime’s fiscal deficit spending that it will devote to it.

•With the Democrats continuing their stranglehold on the executive and legislative branches through improper vote counting, the party’s true colors will continue to manifest as social justice unrest accelerates and the open borders “crisis” continues.

•Instead of leveling off or falling, mortgage rates will continue to trend upwards to 10%. This of course, will be the result of the US Government’s growing inability to finance its wilfully reckless spending in the future.

•The Federal Reserve will eventually have to effectively concede on its ostensible inflation war by reinstituting asset balance sheet additions and doing whatever it needs to do to keep the United States government in business and solvent. Letting inflation rise will be the only viable solution under the current circumstances.

•More and more passive institutional investors like pensions and such will increasingly realize what this blog has been saying for 3-4 years now; fixed income investors subsidize malfeasance on a scale never before seen in history.

•US Treasury note and bond holders will continue to be left in the dust, while they wait for some sort of capital gains appreciation from falling bond yields that never materialize.

•The Fed and the Democrat controlled government, which let inflation rip while doing nothing to contain it for over two years, will resume this course after their fixed elections are won and proclaim through their friendly media that they have a mandate.

•A further and accelerating collapse of all fiat currencies heading out to the force majeure, which will be in lock step with the collapse of the dollar’s spending power.

•Power and wealth consolidation around the globe and especially the United States will continue at unprecedented levels leading up to the force majeure. All bridges have been burned and there’s no return to the past. All we have is a grim future.

•The United States will lose WWIII after it is taken out by a preemptive military strike by the Japheth remnants of Ezekiel 38 and 39.

•The repealing of many investor-friendly IRC rules in the name of wealth redistribution.

•House price to household income multiples will continue to escalate and merge with the rest of the globe.

•Most all income generating asset prices will continue to escalate as the dollar’s true value is debased further and further.

•Soviet-style social housing will be unveiled into the mainstream as the solution to the housing crisis.

•Those of European Caucasian descent who are Christian will continue to be marginalized and eventually cast into the wilderness as the ultimate scapegoats of the nation’s predicaments.

Indeed, to the unwashed reader, I offer little hope. But knowing the truth does set us free. I no longer waste my time voting and haven’t for a long time, for this country was not founded as a democracy and I wish to play no part in its demise. Under a Trump regime, the timeline to the force majeure would have been extended about  three years. But it seems that’s no longer in the cards and time is of the essence for whatever reasons. This will be revealed over the next several years.

I do struggle knowing these matters and often have trouble sleeping soundly, but my personal life would be in a much worse shape if I didn’t own the income generating assets and were beholden to an antichrist employer such as a publicly traded firm or government jurisdiction.

  1. The Jew synagogue media propaganda placement. The Jews hate Trump, he’s not their Israeli savior. Look at how he’s treated in their own media.

To wit, look at the Jew synagogue editors at Fortune Magazine and this article. Ironically, Harris will cause mortgage rates to rise even higher (>=10%).

    ____________

The anticipation of a Trump win is sending mortgage rates soaring. Top economists say scorching inflation is very likely to go with it

    https://fortune.com/2024/11/01/donald-trump-mortgage-rates-harris-inflation-election/

    1. Harris has the victory in the bag. She can relax and not bother campaigning. Homosexual Obama and his brothers can do their dirty work to ensure a Harris victory.

      1. The Drudgereport used to be conservative until 2020 when Drudge suddenly turned against Trump. It shocked a lot of Drudge’s readers at the time. Supposedly the reason for the U Turn was he married a very left leaning trophy woman and also he sold his news service to ABC which we all know is part of the leftist lamestream media.

  2. I watched a recent interview with Jim Rogers and he said he tried to buy something in China using cash and the (19 year old) woman selling the food didn’t know what cash was. She said she had never seen it before according to Jim Rogers. They all use phone apps for everything he said.

I was reminded of it because Jim Stone has this on his site:
    ——-
If you see the Twitter post by a girl who claims she cannot buy food in China without digital ID, IT IS B.S.
China may be going down a rat hole with social credit scores, however, ALL RETAILERS ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO ACCEPT CASH, WHICH CHINA STILL ISSUES.
    ——-

Is Jim Rogers spreading anti-cash propaganda? What’s the truth here? It seems incredible that someone 19 years old would no know what cash was. It doesn’t make sense to me.

    1. The Chinese use QR codes and facial recognition software to transact most all purchases now. We have cards and apps, they have QR codes and facial recognition. It’s coming here after the force majeure.

I rarely listen to anything Rogers has to say, but he is correct about money transactions in China.

      1. Jim Rogers was jumping up and down about stock market crashes and hyperinflation for the last 20 years and it never happened. The inflation part has just started to happen. He may be partially right but he is a lot of hot air.
I would not give him much credibility.

  3. Why are you calling yourself Thomas Stone now and not CS Evans? Why did you take your old blog down and now put this new one up? The old one had alot of good information and this one seems to just repeat that info. Hard to believe you if you keep changing your name and things without an explanation?

    1. Basically, it all has to do with family. I had other monitoring on the old site from others as well, so I couldn’t use the old subscriber list, which was capped at 500 by MailChimp for it be be free and was able to port over about 50 emails from people who emailed the site asking to keep in touch.

I am not on any social media, so there’s a huge chunk of the world I’m not exposed to.

I look back fondly before 30 when the mainstream Internet didn’t exist. Life was so much more fun, and simple… and private. Now, I’m pushing 60.

I feel very sorry for those raised during the times of social media. It’s a fake reality and it really changes worldviews, behavior, and personalities. It creates false dichotomies and societal fracturing. It’s really sad to observe, especially in the supposed truther community.

      1. Many women 55 y/o and younger are left wing self entitled snowflakes. It gets worse as they get younger. Many younger ladies develop false sense of reality with social media today.

If I were married today, I would be poorer as she would skim money off of me by having children and or for other reasons. If there was a divorce she would rape me financially in that way too.

No doubt, I would face a lot of pressure from her to get vaccinated among other pressures from her to “fit in the groove”.

        1. I begged my wife not to get injected and argued that the people who claimed there were too many useless eaters on the planet were the ones pushing the injections.

White woman have been totally poisoned. God needs to come back and wipe all this away.

          1. Does she smell now?
I know people who got vaxed and I cant even be in the same HOUSE as them, never mind the same room. It takes at least TWO closed doors to stop the smell. It’s mostly fat and diabetic people that smell like this, but others do too. Most don’t, but the ones that do are like something from hell. Some smelled a bit after the vax but it went away with time.

The smell can barely be described, but it smells EVIL, like something unnatural, and it fills your nose, burns it. Some people don’t even notice it until it’s pointed out, and then they can barely breathe. No other smell is like that.

The smell changed with the boosters (third shot). Then people started to smell a bit like rotten soap instead.

I suspect this vax smell is the real reason they decided to make us wear masks, so we would not notice it on people walking past in the supermarket. Masks only came in after the vax rollout, remember?

Idiotic vaxtard NPCs have doomed us all.

            1. That is an interesting side effect from the Covid shots. I have heard of non vaxxed people getting allergic reactions being near vaccinated people.

I am not vaccinated and never will be. I won’t take vaccines of any sort now including flu shots.

What I have noticed among vaccinated people are mood changes. Seems the vaccinated around me are lazier and more lethargic. They also seem to have increased memory problems and cannot think out complex issues. The vaccinated around me are also suffering a lot more health issues lately and seem to get sick with strange bugs a lot more frequently these days.

              1. I know a couple of people that smell like demons, and it’s impossible to be in the same house as them. There was one guy that was in a room with the door shut and you could tell if the other door was open one inch from the other end of the house. It was incredibly bad.

Most victims do not have this smell, or had it at a low level and it wore off in a few weeks/months. I have noticed it at various levels passing random people in public.

It’s also interesting that some people don’t even notice it, even around the worst cases. (Even unvaxed people don’t notice.)

Even Fauci said you can’t trust a vax until 15 years later. He said you have to wait 12 to 15 years before declaring any vax safe – deaths and side effects often occur that late.

I believe Fauci when he says stuff like that. He also said PCR tests with more than 25 cycles are crap and only “detect dead nucleotides” or whatever.

So if he said that, why are tests done with 45 cycles? That’s 2^20 times more sensitive, or 1 million times more sensitive. I guess they killed Kary Mullis because he is the ultimate authority on PCR and nobody could argue with him.

Most people seem fine though so far. Many lost weight and actually look better now. People say 5G is the weapon, but I suspect 6G. (Star of David plus the Masonic G). 6G is intense tech – it can see everything that moves – they call it Network as a Sensor.

          2. My recommendation to single white men who want to walk with Jesus Christ is to STAY SINGLE.
Today’s women are mammon. Jesus said you cannot worship mammon and God at the same time. You love one and hate the other. You either have to love your woman and turn your back on God or love God and turn your back on women. You can’t love both. Today’s younger women are given over to Satan.

            1. That’s why Elon says there will be a population crash.

Birth rates in many western and westernized countries are already past the point of no return now.

        2. This article ties in beautifully. Spot the propaganda that is subtly being pushed. What a crock id sh&*e. The real reason for the decline in the birthrate is the decline in the traditional family. The feminist useful idiots got their wish and this is the result. Species suicide basically IMO. I am surprised that the Chinese have turned away from the traditional family model. One child policy brainwashing by the Chicomms? Now that is blowing up in their faces as they face a demographic time bomb. Same thing here in the woke west. The eastern Europeans seem to have avoided this better than the woke west which has allowed the mongrels hordes to invade peacefully via the refugee welfare system while simultaneously crushing their own internal people. What a crazy time. What an evil time. Keep it up Mr “Stone”. Your site is an oasis of sanity.

On a side topic, for those of us not able, or perhaps unwilling to risk investing in a stand alone SFR, do you have any other suggestions for wealth preservation? I do not want to be stuck with a massive debt load as interest rates climb up while at the same time dealing with landlord hostile local (provincial) government that does not allow for normal rent increases once a tenant is in position. Canada is more socialist than the US. I don’t know the US market at all. Is it more reasonable down there to be a landlord? Will it be if KH gets in and starts down the path of Soviet style 5 year plans for massive ugly public housing?

Anyhow, back on topic. Spot the subtle propaganda aimed at the “manbun” beta males. https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cp81ynn7r4mo

          1. A birth rate of 1.5 dooms the west, but a rate of 1 in China leads to population explosion and overcrowding.

Obviously the one child policy was not universally applied in China.

      2. I respect greatly your content and follow it to the letter. However, this dynamic with your wife, are you afraid she may take all your finances after divorce?

The moment you start following what she says, including her ultimatums, her attraction for you plummets, man. Where is your backbone, man? Are you even having sex anymore? That would be the first sign of trouble. Why not get somebody better? What is so special about her? Women need drama and intensity from time to time, to keep the attraction alive. Sometimes have to manufacture tension and drama.

I do not mean any disrespect. Hope the best.

        1. Interesting point. Subconsciously women love men who assert themselves and call the shots.
The whole feminist movement is designed to belittle men. The best men are grounded, rational , assertive men who follow Jesus Christ. Women have a propensity to be emotionally irrational and out in space.
This makes it easier for Satan to get an inroad to control women. Men’s serious weakness is their sex drive that makes them attracted to women who are outwardly beautiful but are inwardly evil.
That’s where men need the rational control and a close relationship with God to control the sex drive.
It is a big mistake for men to allow women to be in control and call the shots because then everyone gets misdirected away from God and towards bad decisions.

          1. A good woman knows she needs a rational, grounded man to be in control and also take responsibility to counteract her emotional irrationality.
Women who rebel against their husbands are the worse kind and are of the devil.

          2. Definitely, I would say the reason why they love that assertiveness is because it goes back to their natural survival instinct from primal wired, in the past, men had to be assertive and ready to defend, or the home would be raided, invaded, etc. Men did not have time to be at home or do every need the woman was asking but now it is opposite, so women subconsciously see that as weakness.

So subconsciously, the woman is looking for that. Nowadays, with the push for feminism and emasculation of men through wicked satanic philosophies, estrogen induced foods, many men have lost that and then it becomes a crisis, of course by design.

        2. Jack, at a certain age (40 give or take) women stop giving their husband sex. It is universal and it is the truth. It is also one of the things a father does not tell his son – it would betray the behaviour of the mother. There was a thread in a Mens Health forum (Why won’t my wife give me sex?) that started sometime in the early 2010’s – thousands of posts and the thread went on years. Some stories were heartbreaking. Most people get over it and just live on.

John Prine made a career writing songs about loneliness in marriage.

          1. Women make rules for weak men or men who have stopped challenging them. They break rules for men who they find attractive. As a man, you have to constantly be challenging, gaming (so to speak) the wife, or she will get bored, cheat or eventually leave you (specially in this hyperfeminist environment making hypergamy ultra rampant). It surely does not help with the emasculated environment we live in. The nursing homes for the elderly have some interesting stories to tell. Women are like kids, emotional. That woman who stopped giving sex to her husband could might as well be doing it with the guy she is cheating on, after work, or meet up with “friends”. She could say I feel tired, and be thinking about some other guy who challenges her and put her on her place. Something the husband has stopped doing. Of course there are exceptions to the rule but generally this is how it is done.

            1. A lot of this helps to explain the miserable family dynamic in the West. Of course, the synagogue’s psychologist army has developed all these problems we see today.

I doubt I have any more women readers left, so we can speak these things. Tracy was the last one who stopped by and we saw how unstable and angry she was. There was another woman, Sarah, who used to post, but she stopped doing as well, because she was so miserable and angry as well and told me I was helping the enemy. I guess I wasn’t soft enough for her.

Come to think of it, I don’t know of any other women who stopped by the blog, let alone post in rational discourse.

Even the Christian women in the west have been destroyed by feminism. It’s all over with and I suggest to the young guys but unless you know someone from your youth and know who she is, don’t get married. You’ll just duke it out over vaccine status and how the kid is raised. For the remnant men like we are, some outside or woman that you find on a dating app will make your life a living hell. And I will certainly never condone a mixed race marriage.

            2. Stone is correct, the Synagogue has an army of psychologists who understand human nature and use it aggressively against us. They know that women do the selecting, they universally find less than 10% of the male population desirable and the characteristics are the same – tall, white, fit, with symmetric facial features. A woman will bend that general rule to a certain extent for lifestyle. They generally reject 80% of the male population. This plays out in real time with all the dating services of old and the newer dating apps – all promoted by the SOS.

Men on the other hand find 80% of women attractive in some way. Best to stay with like kind and there are a lot of reasons for this particularly if you are going to have children.

I don’t take what you say personally, playing games is for kids – those are reserved for me and my grandson and definitely worth my time.

  4. So what happens if you are wrong and Trump wins and there is a republican sweep?

Strike that. Wait to see if it happens next Wednesday or so…

    1. I’ve been telling readers of this blog for years now that Harris is their ultimate chosen, in a similar vein to how Obama appeared.

If Trump happens to win, we’ll see a lot less communism and a lot more civil unrest. The timeline to the force majeure will be extended probably another 2 to 3 years and the asset markets may take a dump, so that the jew synagogue bankers can warn the masses of who is boss.

      I give it a 10% chance.

      1. Harris is the chosen successor, however, sometimes the SoS does not get things their way as the vote may not go as planned.

In this case the cabal will stop at nothing to make sure Harris gets installed. Look what they did 4 years ago to get Biden installed with those 1:00AM ballot drops with 100% Biden votes. In this election, I think the plug will be more blatant as Trump has been polling better than the last election 4 years ago. They will probably use a different method to get the votes over the top for Harris such as illegals sneaking in to vote.

        1. I feel Trumps victory in 2016 was unplanned by those up top and they didn’t want to show there cards just yet to stop him.

          1. As Stone said, a Trump victory will delay the inevitable by a few years. Could it be that the SoS will let Trump win because they aren’t ready for their force majure yet?

Moreover, Trump wins, the SoS initiates a collapse, and Trump’s “Christian garbage” supporters are blamed?

            We soon shall see.

            1. That sounds about right. Imagine if Trump does win. The cities will burn down with controlled opposition groups.

Trump will try to make peace in Ukraine and in other places. Neither candidate offers any viable and peaceful solution in the Middle East. Trump will try to make peace with China and North Korea.

Trump is a showman and I do not think he wants the blood of War on his hands. Harris doesn’t care and will do whatever she is told.

              1. I think your 10% on a Mr. T win is right. All signs point to harris. She will support the fake state of Israel, and engulf the world in a horrific economic disaster, while fueling the war pigs all over the Earth. The remnant will be marginalized and persecuted. The greatest show on Earth is almost here!

      2. Stone – do you expect any unrest around the election? I keep. hearing it will be the impetus for martial law, as shown in the illuminati card game.

What do you think of the X-files predicting that banks will steal everyone’s money? (In case anyone doesn’t know this, the powers that be show or tell us what they’re going to do beforehand) That makes my blood run cold because there’s no way that I could work again. I’m trying to think of alternate places to park our savings or a way to bring in income. Do you think that stocks are safer?

        1. No unrest unless Trump wins. And whatever unrest that would cause would only be manufactured and not genuine grassroots.

QE solved the problems of bank insolvency and bail-ins. Moreover, by using QE (even if the Fed is technically not engaging in permanent asset purchases at that moment) the Fed has announced to the markets that it stands to backstop almost every financial market.

The Fed’s authority now effectively supercedes the FDIC as it has stated it will guarantee all bank deposits above the $250k FDIC limit.

It relaxed the rules in marking bond holdings to market from loss of underlying market value caused by higher interest rates.

It allows the banks to deposit as much as they want at the Fed reverse repo window, which helps to finance the glut of short term government paper.

So, I wouldn’t worry about losing your money from bank failures or from bail-ins. With the power of QE and the government’s resulting ability to borrow as much as it ever needed to backstop ever dollar on deposit at every bank in the country, the circumstances that caused bank runs in the past no longer exist.

What you should be concerned with is your long term loss of your bank deposit’s and CD’s spending power via inflationary attrition. Pensions and SS payments will continue, but their spending power is continually lost every year from inflationary attrition.

    2. I had a theory, which others have said too.

Trump was prez 45, then a gap, then he would be 47.

4+5=9 and 4+7=11 so that makes 9/11 – a very masonic number. He’s the one to bring it all down. Maybe another faction wants Kamala/Kali though? It probably doesn’t matter in the end. Maybe they just want the American people to choose their poison. Maybe I’m just thinking too much. I don’t know.

  5. I wonder what type of catastrophe will suddenly appear, like the one in late 2019 with the repo crisis or the one in early 2020 with the manufactured covid crisis, that the FED will use to begin purchasing bonds and notes once again.

I wonder what excuse the FED will use to begin adding treasuries on to its balance sheet.

There will be a short-term yield curve drop when the FED does announce the resumption of asset purchases, but with the US government and its fiscal spending as reckless as it is, this bond rally will be short-lived as inflation will resume its march higher.

I have spoken and thus it will become. Gird your loins.

    1. Once Harris is selected, my prediction for an excuse will be war. As in North Koreans entering the fight and escalating the need for NATO to up tick their participation.
I don’t think civil unrest would be a good enough excuse.

      1. Speaking of civil unrest, I heard one commentator predict that Harris will suspend conceal and carry. I would not be surprised by that.

  6. Bond bulls have little to cheer about, though much of the data come in as expected. Initial jobless claims are lower than the street estimate, and core PCE year over year comes in a tick higher. The monthly core PCE comes in one tick higher than last month’s. The employment cost index comes in one tick lower then estimates.
